Attention: This tour is prohibited for pregnant women and children under 1 year old, as it takes place on a high-speed boat or catamaran.
According to the rules of Phi Phi National Park, since January 1, 2022, swimming is prohibited at the famous beach in Maya Bay to allow the natural ecosystem to recover. Visitors are only allowed to wade ankle-deep in the water to take beautiful photos, but swimming is not permitted — park rangers strictly enforce this. The upside is that nothing now obstructs or spoils the stunning view of the bay, and you can observe fish right near the shore.
